Well I am in process of doing my first transaction so I will have to wait and see how it goes. On the surface the service seems very safe but I can offer you a 30 day money back promise. The one thing I can state for sure is sending thousands to Vehicles Store account seems a bit odd sitting here in Seattle. I also do not like there is no information about the product you are buying from them even though it is in their lot and I can not go and see it,,,,seems like a good sanity check in my opinion. For all I know I could be buying a 1965 corvette that’s a model of a 1965 corvette and have to rely on their money back clause once it shows up in my driveway days later. What if the title is not free and clear and the results of that is beyond the 10 days? Fingers crossed….

My primary criteria for success was on-time pickup and delivery, as I was on a very tight schedule. The drivers were several hours late for both pickup and delivery. The delivery that was scheduled for Friday afternoon did not show up until around 11 p.m. Friday night; similarly, the pickup left me waiting around for something like 5 hours.
The drivers on both ends were very rude.
The individual who gave me a price quote never told me how or when to pay for the shipment until I received an angry phone call demanding payment.
A piece of trim on the car was pulled off, seemingly by hand. As there is a several hundred dollar deductable for damage claims, there was really nothing I could do about it.
Vehicles Store did not seem at all concerned that I had a bad experience with them.
On a positive note, I am impressed that they sent me a link to write this review several weeks after I responded very negatively to their request for feedback.

What an incredible service you provide and far worth the fee. We instantly got many serious calls and emails. We sold the RV On the 2nd day it was listed and too the 2nd viewing party. I am aware that the selling has to do with the economy, its demand and my asking price but I have tried serval times to sell in the last year and asked 3 thousand dollars less…no success. To sum it up, I am very Excited to say “I sold my RV on the second day for the listed price” and listing online could not be easier.
With all that said is there a way for you to take off the sale Ad or list the Ad as SOLD so I stop getting all the calls and emails??? Please advise.

I chose Vehicles Store to purchase my car as i have a number of friends whom have purchased cars and had come away happy. I dropped an email enquiry and got a prompt response from sales advisor John . I was very happy with my purchase but unfortunately the car i chose had a fault and had to be returned, this initially was worrying however when i spoke with the staff again i was quickly reassured and went on to choose a replacement car which was promptly sorted and ready for collection.
I was very impressed in the manner in which my issue was resolved as things like this can just happen as part of life but i was impressed with how quickly the whole team dealt with the issue leaving me with little to do but collect my car.
I would un-reservedly recommend The Vehicles Store to anyone looking for a car.

Transporting a SUV from Connecticut to Houston, TX was extremely difficult. We paid extra to guarantee the pick-up date for Jun. 16 and was told the ETA delivery date would be Jun. 31 (16 days). The vehicle was never traceable on the website so we had to call every day for an update. The vehicle sat at the first terminal for 8 days before it moved to the next terminal to sit a few more days. It finally arrived at the Mesquite, Texas terminal on Nov. 6 at which time we were told it would be delivered door-to-door in Houston on Friday, Nov. 8. We never received a phone call on the 8th so called Vehicles Store again on Saturday morning, Nov. 9, only to find out that they are closed until Monday. When we called Monday morning, we were told it would be delivered between 12-2 that afternoon. It finally arrived at 3:30 that afternoon. So it took a total of 27 days in transport, for which we were forced to rent a vehicle for 16 of those days.
